How To Unlock The Psijic Order
The Psijic Order Guild unlocks a skill line that is very useful to many builds. This Psijic order leveling guide will tell you how to unlock the Psijic Order Guild and where to go to complete the quests.
Here are the required steps:

Psijic Portal Loot
Once you complete the first quest, The Psijics’ Calling, you will receive a skill called See the Unseen, allowing you to collect valuable loot from Psijic Portals located throughout Tamriel.
These portals will spawn in the same locations Runestone nodes are usually found. Psijic Portal Loot may contain:
- Motifs
- Overland gear
- Infused Jewelry
- Runestones (and other crafting materials)
Imprint of the Psijic Order
Once you complete Levels 5 and 7, you will earn the glowing face and body markings called Imprint of the Psijic Order.
Unlock The Psijic Order
Step 1: Travel To Summerset
First, you must travel to Summerset. Go to the Shimmerene Wayshrine. Upon landing in Summerset, an NPC will approach you by the name of Calibar.
Step 2: Accept The Quest – “Queen’s Decree”
Accept and complete the quest until it has you travel to the Arteum.
Step 3: Travel to the Arteum
Once the Queen’s Decree has landed you in the Arteum you can now ignore the zone story and instead talk to Loremaster Celarus.
Step 4: Accept the quest to collect the Augur
Loremaster Celarus will give you a quest called “The Psijics’ Calling” that asks you to visit the delve called Wasten Coraldale and retrieve the Augur (a talking skull).
*Note: The delve symbol looks like a lit torch. Follow the quest until it takes you back to the Arteum.
Level The Psijic Order
Level 1: Summerset
Be sure to open the Psijic map in your inventory under “Quest,” as you will need to do at the beginning of each quest level.
Summerset – Close the breaches (9 total)
Once all fragments have been collected return to the Arteum.
Level 2: Iliac Bay
Glenumbra – Close the breaches (3 total)
Stormhaven – Close the breaches (3 total)
Alik’r Desert – Close the breaches (3 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 3: Skyrim & Morrowind
Eastmarch – Close the breaches (3 total)
The Rift – Close the breaches
Stonefalls – Close the breaches (3 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 4: Fragments of the Shattered Staff
Bangkorai – Collect the fragment
Alik’r Desert – Collect the fragment
Shadowfen – Collect the fragment
Deshaan – Collect the fragment
Once all fragments have been collected return to the Arteum.
Level 5: Valenwood
Grahtwood – Close the breaches (3 total)
Greenshade – Close the breaches (3 total)
Malbal Tor – Close the breaches (3 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 6: Black Marsh
Shadowfen – Close the breaches (4 total)
Deshaan – Close the breaches (5 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 7: Fragments of the Shattered Staff
Stormhaven – Collect the fragment
Craglorn – Collect the fragment
Greenshade – Collect the fragment
Stonefalls – Collect the fragment
Once all fragments have been collected return to the Arteum.
Level 8: Rivenspire
Rivenspire – Close the Breaches (9 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 9: Craglorn
Craglorn – Close the Breaches (6 total)
Once all breaches have been closed return to the Arteum.
Level 10: The Towers Fall
For the last piece of this journey, you will be sent to Alik’r desert to enter Divad’s Chagrin Mine. Follow the quest to completion and you will have successfully completed the Psijic guild questline!
