The Arcanist is in a fantastic spot in ESO right now. Arcanist being he newest class in the game means its in a fantastic spot right now! Well designed, and high damage output are going to make it a lot of fun to play. The arcanist has the most unique play style in ESO thanks to its crux system. Building up crux and then using them to fire off an ability will reward you with a lot of extra damage!
As far as Arcanist Tank builds go in ESO, the Arcanist is a solid choice. Not the best, but far from the worst.
When it comes to healing, the ESO arcanist builds for healers are going to probably be a pretty rare sighting in the end game meta, but will work amazingly in spite of that
